General Questions

What is LeadMine?

LeadMine is a powerful lead generation software to find any B2B leads and their email addresses. We have 200+ million business contacts which are collected from all over the public web.

What is a credit?

×

Our pricing plans are based on credits. You’ll spend 1 (one) credit when you perform one of the following:

1. Search and add a prospect with valid corporate email address.
2. Lookup prospects’ corporate email based on full name and domain.
3. Verify prospects’ emails on deliverability.

Is there a free plan?

×

Absolutely. Sign up and you will get 10 credits per month for free. A credit card isn’t required to signup.

Do I have to sign-up for a contract?

No. LeadMine is a monthly subscriptions tool that you can cancel at any time

What can I find with Lead Finder?

×

Lead Finder is powered by 200+ million business contacts. You can search leads by:

1. First Name and Last Name
2. Title or Position
3. Company Name or Domain
4. Location
5. Industry


You can provide any of the above fields, the leads will be found and listed in the table. From the result table, you can just click “+” (plus) button in the right side of the lead, then the lead will be added to the prospects with business email address.

What does the LeadMine Chrome Plugin do?

LeadMine Chrome Plugin is designed to get leads from Linked profiles, Crunchbase profiles and Google search results. With a single click, you can collect your leads and we will automatically find corporate email addresses of the leads. Then you can download your leads in CSV file from LeadMine dashboard.

Why haven’t I gotten the "email verification" email?

Sometimes there might be some short delay in our mail server sending out the verification email. Other times, it may be that your email server marks it as spam, so please make sure to check the spam folder! If you do not get the verification email in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments online by credit cards and PayPal. For annual payments we also accept bank transfers.

Lead Finder Questions

Why do I get "Limit Reached" message in Lead Finder?

Free plan have a limit of maximum 10 search results per search. If you want to remove the limit, you need to upgrade to paid plan.

What is confidence score for an email address?

×

The confidence score is a percentage which indicates the deliverability of the email address. If the confidence score is 100%, then an email will be deliverable for sure. If it is less than 100%, there is no guarantee that email address will work. Sometimes, it might bounce. We only deduct credits for the email addresses with 100% confidence score.

Why did the email from LeadMine bounce?

Yes, bounce might happen for less confidence score emails. We are always trying our best to get the 100% confidence email addresses. LeadMine uses multiple sources and methods to find the correct B2B emails. However some emails get bounced. If you have higher bounce rate, let us know and we will see what we can do.

Is the single lead added several times counted each time?

×

No. The single lead is counted once per billing period. Also the credits will be detected only for 100% verified business email addresses.

If I don't find the email from a Lead Finder, will it count?

×

No! You won’t ever pay for leads that we cannot find their email addresses.

Billing Questions

How does pricing work?

×

You’re charged a monthly subscription fee depending on your account’s plan. Your account is billed at the start of each monthly billing period. All prices listed are in USD. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and credits will be updated automatically based on your plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime. Once you have canceled we’ll end your plan as of the next subscription cycle, no questions asked.

What happens if I go over my plan's allotted credits?

×

The data will stop being returned once your limits are reached. At the beginning of every month, we’ll reset your monthly credits based on your plan.

Do the credits rollover to the next month?

×

Credits don’t rollover to the next month. If you need less credits, you can downgrade at anytime to another plan. At the beginning of every month, we’ll recover your monthly email credits.

Where can I see my invoices?

×

You can find all your invoices in the “Billing” page of your account. To access the Billing page of your account: click on your Billing menu from the sidebar. In the bottom of the Billing page, you will see the “Invoices” section.

If I cancel my plan early, will I get refund?

×

No. There will be no refunds for partial months of service or no refunds for months unused credits with an open account. When you cancel your plan early, you will still have access to the credits of your subscription until the end of the subscription cycle, upon which your account will be reverted back to the free account.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes, we have an affiliate program. You can join our affiliate program from here.

Account Questions

How do I change my password?

×

You can change your password by going to your account settings. To access the account settings: click on your name on the top right corner and then click My account. You can change the password by input your current password into the “Current Password” field and input the new password into the “New Password” field and then clicking Change password.

Do you have team support?

×

Yes, we provides team support only for paid accounts. You can invite your team mates to your account from Team menu. You can see the team menu by clicking your name in the top right corner.

Team members will have one of the following roles:

1. Admin: Admin can do everything.
2. User: User can access all basic functionalities.


The role ‘User’ cannot perform following actions:

* Invite a new user
* Delete an invitation
* Change the role of an existing user
* Delete an existing user from an account
* Cancel paid subscription

Can I delete my account?

Yes! You can delete your account by sending us an email to hello@leadmine.net with the subject line of Delete my account from your account email.

Please note: Once the account has been deleted, all data associated with the account will be deleted. There is no way that we can retrieve the data back.

Do you have an API?

×

At the moment, we don’t provide an API. Please drop me an email at hello@leadmine.net on why do you need an API and We will update you once we release an API.

Do you provide premium support?

×

Yes! All Enterprise-level plans include a dedicated account manager.
